They wanted to move away from their existing one-page website, as it was dated and undermined the gravitas of what they did as an organisation.
Over time, they had grown their client base and global reach to over 80 cities around the world. They had also become a more sophisticated consultancy offering a broader range of market research pilots as well as innovation testing.
Our task was to create a responsive website, to help communicate their story and the breadth of their offer with more confidence and clarity.

Barfly is a global strategic drinks consultancy. They advise the world’s leading drinks companies on how to grow their business, by gathering information and opinion from a global network of bartenders, sommeliers and trade experts.
They use this to develop actionable insights and effective recommendations for their clients.

Setting the mood
Sophisticated and glamorous bar imagery with a dark overlay adds a sense of ambiance and atmosphere, as well as bringing consistency across the entire site.

Taking a structured approach
The website architecture was designed to be robust yet flexible enough to manage a vast array of different content – from insight-rich posts and case studies, through to video interviews. We also built the site with future-proofing in mind for additional products and services to be added at a later date.
